Meditation is simply making a choice to focus your mind on something. Our mind and our external reality are in a constant state of flux.Every second of our life we are creating or constructing our reality through what we take in from our environment. Over time we develop habits regarding what we think as well as habits regarding what we take in.

There is a reason why meditation has been practiced in many cultures for thousands of years,because its benefits are almost numerous to mention. In all areas,physical,mental,emotional,psychological and spiritual meditation has the potential to ease the suffering and help us create a better life. But time is at a premium for most of us so you may ask ‘is it really worth it for me to meditate?’ The answer is a resounding ‘yes’.
