When I step to my yoga mat I lose any expectation and I simply invite playfulness to accompany my practice. How I balance and flow it varies from day to day so I gave up long time ago expecting to be the perfect person. I accept my flows and I do the best I can to listen to my body and mindfully breathe and follow my own breath and strength!!!
And soon as I start to enjoy my flows I follow my yoga flow. Everything falls into place and I feel strong and balanced!!!
Yoga doesn’t have to look perfect It is how it makes you feel!!!
