My name is Cecilia Ioannou and I am a qualified 200 hr Hatha yoga instructor.

My approach to yoga is by integrating the physical postures (asanas) with the breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. I am practicing yoga 15 years and every day of my practice has a different feeling. It is a way to connect to my inner self and find strength from within.

Teaching yoga is fascinating to me because it is a challenge and satisfaction to see the development of my fellow practitioners. I believe that yoga practice has no boundaries of age and culture. It is more a personal practice for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.It is also a way to ground our selves and experience body and mind connection.
